Early Careers - FAQ's
FAQs: applying
Frazer-Nash recognises the importance of making provisions for people with disabilities and neurodiversity, throughout both the application process and when you officially start your role with us.
During the application process, we will ask you to let us know if you require any adjustments and we will adjust the process accordingly, for example, providing you with extra time to complete the task-based assessment and providing rest breaks at interview. We know that interviews can be a daunting experience and to help with this we will let you know as much information as possible prior to your interview, I.e., who you are meeting, where to go and what to expect.
We look forward to welcoming you to Frazer-Nash and discussing your unique working preferences, ensuring that any necessary reasonable adjustments are thoughtfully considered. At Frazer-Nash, we are committed to fostering an environment of equal opportunities for all.
Each role description will outline the security requirements needed for individual positions. Due to the nature of the work that we undertake, certain positions will require candidates to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
All applications must come through our website to ensure compliance with GDPR (data protection), however if you have any questions please feel free to email using the link below.
Graduates: Applications will be reviewed upon receipt, so we would encourage you to apply early. An initial review of your application will be carried out, followed by inviting you to complete an online task-based assessment. If successful, we will then invite you to complete a video interview, followed by a final stage interview, including a presentation.
Following final interview, we will provide feedback to you, including whether you have been successful. Further details of the assessment can be found here.
Placements and Summer Intern Students: The selection process is the same as for graduates, however, you will not be required to complete a presentation at the final interview stage.
If you are unsuccessful after your video interview, you can contact us by emailing earlycareers@fnc.co.uk to ask for feedback, which we will endeavour to provide.
If you are unsuccessful after a final stage interview, a member of our recruitment team will contact you with feedback.
