Meet our Apprentices
Some keys skills I’ve developed over the apprenticeship are around how I interact with others, especially senior members of staff both at Frazer-Nash and with clients. My ability to speak to them has grown more confident over time, especially when you start to realise, they are a person doing a job as well, the idea of speaking or presenting to them becomes a lot less daunting.

Meet our Apprentices
My first impression of apprenticeships was the excitement for real-world experience. I’ve found that apprenticeships offer career-focused development to gain skills that have been immediately applicable. Entering the corporate world was daunting at first but I have received so much support from mentors, colleagues and the Early Careers team. There was a lot to take in, from technical terminology to processes, and self-doubt would sometimes creep in but reminding myself that I was still learning encouraged me to remain confident.
